If you are logged in as kube:admin you can perform the following:
1. Create a htpasswd file
2. Create a secret to hold this file
3. Create the OAuth metadata to link to this htpasswd file
4. Log into the cluster via the my_htpasswd_provider
5. Grant cluster admin to a user
